- Identify, document and find assistance for individuals in need in a confidential manner.
- Provide support for Muslims in need dealing with issues such as poverty, legal, medical, emergency, marriage, domestic violence and immigration.
- Direct those in need to Muslim specialists in Ottawa to receive appropriate help.
- Work with other groups in Ottawa to find community based solutions for social problems.
